Loading conveyor with a capacity of 640 tonnes leaves the factory

A new, individually planned solution is ready for its deployment. The fully assembled conveyer belt did the production site of ELMA plant engineering left and on the way to the client.

With a conveying capacity of around 640 tonnes per hour, a belt width of 800 millimetres and a Wheelbase of 13 metres is the system designed for smooth material handling in daily operations. Whether Choose, Sand or other Bulk materials – wherever high performance is required, this solution ensures efficient and rapid loading of vehicles or storage containers.

The structure was precisely planned and pre-assembled in the factory, which reduces on-site installation time and enables rapid commissioning.
