Your tasks (a very concrete overview):

• You supervise and define the entire welding process. Naturally taking into account the technical and economic requirements.
• They assess and monitor the welding production quality.
• They organise the internal training and further training measures and determine the welder examinations, accompany them and also monitor their successful completion.
• You create and assess the welding procedure specifications (WPS), welding procedure qualifications (WPQR) and welding sequence plans

Your profile:

• You have a degree in engineering with an additional qualification as a welding engineer.
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in welding technology and as a safety officer.
• The following is not unfamiliar to you, or you have completed it:
  • Regulated product areas (e.g. AD 2000, DIN EN 15085)
  • Welding engineer (m/f/d) (SFI, EWE, IWE)
  • NDT certification (RT, VT, PT, UT, MT), at least level 2
  • Regulations and standards (e.g. ASME IV, ASME VIII, ASME B31.1 and 31.3, ISO 3834, ISO 14731, PED, AD2000, ATEX, explosion protection, TA-Luft, TA-Lärm, etc.)
• You speak and write German fluently and have a good command of English.
• In addition to MS Office products, you are also proficient in Inventor Autodesk 3D
